The DESKLINE® DL2 column is designed for a wide range of workstation applications and it is the ideal choice for duties such as height adjustment of computer workstations, work benches, assembly desks or even kitchens.

The DESKLIFT DL5 is a compact 2-part lifting column, which is a perfect choice for a wide range of different desk applications, especially in the office area.
The DL5 has a compact motor housing, which is almost invisible in the tabletop construction. The column is very sturdy so a crossbar is not necessary. The DL5 has the same outer dimensions and mounting holes as the 3-part DL6 column, which make them compatible and they can be used in the same tabletop and table foot construction. The DL5 is available in several standard colours and lengths to fit into a wide range of desk designs.

The LP2 range of vertical lifting columns is ideal where vertical positioning of substantial loads is required.
The design allows the LP2 range to be built in a complete motion control system simply by adding a suitable LINAK control box and controls. LINAK control boxes link control units with actuators so that their movements are perfectly controlled. Various accessories can also be connected to the system through a control box.

CB6
The control box CB6 has been specially developed for use together with LA27 in the healthcare industry.
The control box is designed to be mounted on the linear actuator LA27 as with the CB9 and the LA31 system. The control box CB6 has a LED power ON indicator, detachable mains cable and strain relief for all cables.
The control box CB6 communicates with the LA27 by means of the built-in end stop signal switches in the actuator. Due to the signal switches the power to the motor will be cut off in the control box and not in the actuator. This ensures that it is only possible to run in the opposite direction once the actuator has reached the end position.

Compared to other LINAK control boxes the CB7 is very small and compact in design. The CB7 is designed to slide onto an LA31 actuator for easy fitting e.g. in a recliner application where "mounting" space is limited.
The control box function is divided in two parts. The actual control box CB7, which slides onto the LA31 HOMELINE actuator and a separate external power supply transformer box TR6, which can be wall mounted or placed on the floor moulding next to the mains. The control box is only fitted with low voltage electronic components and the connection between the CB7 and transformer is via a 24 V power cable.

The control box is compatible with a wide range of columns, built-in actuators and the LA31 single actuator with hall print and mini fit cable, optimising logistics as you only need one box for each system.
The CBD4 ensures optimised parallel drive for 2, 3, or 4 legs in parallel or a smooth drive as a single leg control box. The control box has an extreme low power consumption of only 0.1 W in standby mode.

The CBD6S is perfect if you need a small and compact control box that requires a minimum of space when mounted.
The CBD6S lifts the line of intelligent DESKLINE control boxes to a new level. While keeping the advantages from earlier generations it adds so much more.
It is the most compact and lightweight control box in the DESKLINE series. It keeps the same width as DESKLINE columns with motor housings ensuring that it fi ts in a desktop frame, and it is only 38mm high.

The control boxes CBJ1 and CBJ2 are part of the battery driven JUMBO system. JUMBO is a modular system combining an actuator, a control box (CBJ1/CBJ2), a battery (BAJ1/BAJ2) and a charger (CHJ2) in a flexible solution, specially developed for patient lifts.
The complete system is medically approved and contains a series of features which meet the patients need for a safe and comfortable lift, e.g. CBJ1 and CBJ2 are equipped with a soft-start/stop function, emergency lowering function etc.

The battery packs are easy to exchange through an integrated snap system.
The battery packs are easily mounted on the JUMBO mounting brackets.
A customised front cover is possible. BAJ1 has to be charged with a JUMBO charger CHJ2 or a JUMBO control box CBJ1 or CBJ2 with integrated charger. BAJ2 can be charged as BAJ1, but can also be charged through an integrated DC-plug for use with external charger CH01.
BAJ1 is available in a special edition that can be used in the harsh conditions in the pool environment both outdoor and indoor.

The CH battery charger gives the possibility to interchange the plug type with a simple “slide on” operation. This gives great versatility and a logistical advantage reducing stocks and costs.

The charger CHJ2 has been specially designed for use as a wall-charger for the JUMBO system.
The CHJ2 charger is a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) version which makes charging of the batteries more efficient. The charging time for a BAJ1 or a BAJL (Standard) battery pack is approx. 4 hours. Mains voltage from 100 V AC - 240 V AC (50/60 Hz) is possible on same charger. The charger indicates whether the charger is connected to the mains (green LED) or whether the battery is being charged (yellow LED). Medically approved.

LS / LSD
There are two types of LINAK® limit switches, for actuators type LA22, LA30, LA30S, LS and LSD.
The LSD type controls the stroke length of the actuator between two fixed end positions by cutting off the current to the motor. The LS type gives signal in two fixed end positions, but requires a control unit to stop the actuator when the micro switches are activated.

The TR6 is a separate external power supply box, which can be wall-mounted or placed on the floor. It replaces the TR7.
The TR6 operates via a 24V power cable.

TR-EM-208 is designed specially for spindle motor use.
Adjustable soft start, soft stop and current limit are main features of the card. Additionally impulse or continuous type control can be selected as the control mode. Control input can be set to positive or negative (gnd) logic.
